She covered and travelled to 18 countries in Asia, Oceania, Europe, and North America on official and personal capacity, namely, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, China, France, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Timor-Leste, and United States. She is currently based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

After 21 years of professional work she thought, “how can I distill what I learned and share it to the general public?” One answer came in the form of writing a book about healthful living, an issue and concern for most people. She released her first book during the pandemic available to the public worldwide titled, 50 Easy Recipes To Start a Plant-based and Healthy Lifestyle, which was inspired by her travels to 18 countries in 4 continents. This book comes with colorful photos for each meal and more, along with snippets of her life.

She graduated Valedictorian in high school and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Master of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of the Philippines. Her maximizer, input, learner, intellection, and competition strengths enable her to help people succeed and develop best practices.

She is continuing to be fruitful by reading, writing, or working on her career and calling if not creating content on her YouTube channel Everlasting Star, website, and developing creative products while enjoying time with family, friends, and community.
